Nadine Francis
Ph.D. in Bioengineering Research at Imperial College London (MYF)/ 2019– 2022
  • Nadine has been a research scientist in the Biomedical Engineering and Innovation Laboratory at Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Foundation since 2017 till present, and she actively participates in research publications. 
  • Nadine received the Al-Alfi Foundation fellowship to pursue her PhD in Bioengineering at ICL that is one of the highly ranked departments in Europe. She was given the opportunity to work closely with successful professors in Fluid Dynamics, Mechanics and Signal processing to benefit from their outstanding experiences in her research project on patients with cardiovascular diseases.
  • Nadine’s thesis is about “coronary flow dynamics and its relation to aortic root flow”.
