- Shahd is a Ph.D. recipient in the ‘Cell Cycle and Ubiquitin Signalling’ research group at the Department of Oncology. She just finished her research on leveraging the role of ubiquitin ligases, more specifically ones in the Cullin-Ring Ubiquitin Ligase (CRL) family, in cancer cell survival with the aim of identifying therapeutic approaches using proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs).
