- Al Alfi PhD Fellowship in Applied Sciences and Engineering: A program for future Egyptian scientists and industrial leaders in science and engineering, providing 83.3% tuition coverage scholarships at AUC.
- Al Alfi Foundation Sustainable Development Fellowship: Developed for future Egyptian leaders with a strong background in science, engineering, business, policy, and social sciences, focusing on sustainable development.
- Al Alfi Biotechnology Fellowship Program: Aims to prepare Egyptian scientists and leaders in science and engineering for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

- Professional Educator Diploma (PED) for Teachers: Designed for educators seeking to enhance their skills in educational leadership and specific teaching areas.
