• Al Alfi Foundation Sustainable Development Fellowship: Developed for future Egyptian leaders with a strong background in science, engineering, business, policy, and social sciences, focusing on sustainable development.
• Al Alfi Biotechnology Fellowship Program: Aims to prepare Egyptian scientists and leaders in science and engineering for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

• Al Alfi STEM Undergraduate Program: Highlights the significance of STEM careers, emphasizing their growth and potential in the 21st century.
• Master’s Program in International and Comparative Education: Targets educators involved in educational development and policy, offering a comprehensive curriculum with two study concentrations.
• Professional Educator Diploma (PED) for Teachers: Designed for educators seeking to enhance their skills in educational leadership and specific teaching areas.
