Zeina Tawakol
M.Sc. in Health Policy at Imperial College London (MYF)/ 2016 – 2018
- Straight after graduation, Zeina joined Aswan Heart Centre as a Procurement Officer. In 2 years, she became the Center’s Executive Board Coordinator. After earning her M.Sc. in Health Policy, she became the Director of Business Development and Fundraising at the Magdi Yacoub Foundation. After almost two years, she was promoted to be the Foundation’s Executive Director.
- Zeina also acts as an Advisor to the Board of the Rwandan Heart Care and Research Foundation, the first NGO hospital offering cardiovascular healthcare services free of charge to the people of Rwanda and its regions offering high-quality care to all without any form of discrimination.
